User Responsibility

Jacko does not guarantee that every cat will accept or prefer our products. For first-time use, we recommend gradually mixing the new litter with the cat's existing litter to help facilitate a smooth transition.

Orders and Payment

By submitting an order, you agree to complete the transaction according to the prices and details stated in the order.

If you choose FPS, PayMe, or any other manual payment method:

• Payment and proof of payment must be submitted via WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Orders that remain unpaid after the specified period will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
