Delivery Arrangements

We generally arrange shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Actual delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, peak holiday periods, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

As cat litter is a relatively heavy product, additional delivery charges may apply in situations including but not limited to:

• Buildings without elevator access

• Remote locations

• Special delivery arrangements

Any additional charges imposed by the logistics provider (such as stair-carry fees) shall be borne by the customer.

In the event of delays caused by typhoons, heavy rain, traffic disruptions, courier delays, or other force major events, Jacko will make reasonable efforts to assist with follow-up arrangements but shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from such delays.
